What We Do
Three pension law services. Each scoped and priced from the outset.

How we conduct pension law work
Each matter begins with an honest assessment. Before any application is lodged or any tribunal matter filed, we review what is available and give a written view on how we read the situation and what the realistic range of outcomes appears to be. You decide whether to proceed from there.
The work itself is conducted at your pace. Timelines are agreed upfront. If the timeline needs to shift due to your circumstances, that is accommodated without complaint. Meetings are arranged at locations convenient to you — the office in Petaling Jaya, your home, or a suitable neutral location elsewhere in Selangor.
Fees are fixed per service. They are stated on this page and confirmed in the engagement letter. No variations are made without prior discussion.

Service 01
Disability Pension Application Preparation
Preparation of an application for a disability-related pension, including assistance gathering medical evidence, drafting of the application, and supporting written submissions where helpful. The work is conducted with care for the client's circumstances and pace; meetings are arranged at locations and times that suit the client, with travel undertaken on the counsel's part where it eases the burden.
- Guidance on gathering medical evidence and employment records
- Application drafting and review for completeness
- Supporting written submissions where the application is complex
- Meetings at your home, hospital, or preferred location
Fixed Fee
RM 850
Service 02
Pension Tribunal Representation
Representation before pension review tribunals on questions of entitlement, calculation, or scheme interpretation. The service includes a written merits assessment before the matter is filed, preparation of submissions, and conduct of the hearing. The client is given realistic views on likely outcomes and the option to settle the matter at any stage if it would serve them better than continuing.
- Written merits assessment before any matter is lodged
- Preparation of tribunal submissions
- Conduct of the hearing before the panel
- Settlement option presented clearly at each stage
Fixed Fee
RM 1,400
Service 03
Pension Account Reconciliation Review
A careful review of pension account records where contributions, service periods, or beneficiary entries appear inconsistent. The work includes obtaining records from the relevant authorities, comparing them to the client's own documentation, and preparing a written reconciliation that the client can use either as a basis for further action or simply to set their mind at ease about what is on file.
- Official records obtained from EPF, JPA, or SOCSO
- Line-by-line comparison with your personal documentation
- Written reconciliation report prepared for the client
- Clear statement of discrepancies, if any, and next steps
Fixed Fee
RM 2,200
